Service Delivery

As illustrated in this chart, UQBA ABID CONTRACTING CO.  Provides clients with a wide range of construction delivery system options. Our project management personnel are thoroughly cross-trained in all construction-related services. They can be called upon at any stage of a project to deliver valuable decision-making input. Each of the options shown represents a significant portion of the work completed by our firm over the last thirty years.

At every stage of a project, our management teams are supported by in-house specialists in areas such as building information modeling (BIM), mechanical and electrical review and coordination, historical cost data management, cost engineering, scheduling, safety/risk management.
